It’s nice to meet you!
Hi, I’m Zeina, I’m a UX/UI Designer with a background in architecture.
After graduating from the University of Bath with a BSc in Architecture, I decided to branch out into the world of design, wanting to explore new ways to enhance the human experience in various environments. I then found my passion in UX/UI design and began to develop new and exciting skills.
I spent my four years at university cultivating an approach to design that is human-centred, studying the effects of design on mental health and carefully designing buildings that contributed to the community they lived in. These skills then became vital as I began to dive deeper into user experience design.
In December 2023, I began an intensive online training program in which I studied basic design principles, the user experience design process, and advanced UI skills. Since then, I have gained a myriad of new skills such as user research, collaboration, and visual communication among others.
My most recent experience includes designing a self-service human resource management application for a start-up company. As part of that job, I worked on improving user experience by working closely with key stakeholders, conducting intensive competitive analysis and user interviews, and developing low to high-fidelity wireframes using Figma.
As my career evolves, I hope to continue to take part in new and innovative projects, making people’s lives easier one digital product at a time.
